2. SKAGIT COUNTY is a municipal corporation FOR PROFIT, no election, no oath or bond. This Corporation has HI-JACKED County of Skagit Government without our permission.
The corporation is run by seven private citizens. WHO ARE THEY? WHY DON"T THEY ANSWER TO US, Here is the corporation credentials: the Secretary of State of Washington Corporate UBI number 297003487, Dun & Bradstreet DUNS# 07183942, and Federal Tax EIN 91-6001361. This corporation is collecting federal funds, creating larger tax burdens, and taking Skagit Citizens to court to sue them for code violations that cannot legally be enforced by SKAGIT COUNTY CORP, or County of Skagit, neither has authority to take anyone to Skagit Superior Court case NO. 23 2-00625 29.
