Skagit County WA Citizens' REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) CRIMINAL PROSECUTOR
A Skagit County citizen group has identified multiple criminal acts being committed by employees, appointees, deputies, Public Officers and other government officials in Town, City and County government agencies against the people of Skagit County and is seeking qualified applicants to criminally prosecute crimes such as election crimes, neglect of duty, official misconduct, forgery, and other criminal acts.
