Amanda Toscano is a lifelong Skagit County resident — a proud wife, mother of three, and grandmother raised in a rural working-class family and a proud graduate of Concrete High School. She later earned her degree in Vancouver, Washington, and built a career in corporate customer service with an emphasis on management and leadership. In every industry where she has worked, she has been trusted with leadership roles. Today, as a real estate agent for over 10 years, she successfully manages millions of dollars in property contracts, tight deadlines, and a diverse clientele from many income levels and backgrounds. Amanda is a results-oriented person who believes in honest, transparent collaboration with her community.

The County Clerk is the guardian of the Superior Court record and a vital link between the public, the courts, and other branches of county government. This office is responsible for receiving, processing, and preserving case filings, maintaining accurate dockets, and handling court-related financial transactions with care and accountability. The work demands precision, confidentiality, and a steady focus on fairness so that every person engaging with the court system can trust that their documents and payments are handled correctly.

As your County Clerk and citizen representative to the courts, Amanda will listen to anyone who wants to be heard to ensure that procedures are clear, consistent, and customer-friendly — at the counter and online. Drawing on her experience managing complex contracts, strict deadlines, and diverse clients, she will prioritize efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility in every aspect of the office. She will be a careful steward of public resources, prioritizing needs over wants and working daily to improve transparency and reduce barriers to justice. Together, we can strengthen trust in our courts and protect the integrity of the public record for our beautiful Skagit County.
